Access All Areas
is a new service which will support young people aged 15 to 19 (up to 25 if you have additional needs). We can offer help with moving into education, employment, and training, sexual health services, help with benefits, and many other issues. We also have a dedicated Accommodation Advice Service which can offer specialist support if you are homeless or worried about becoming homeless.
Access All Areas drop in sessions will be run as below – you don’t need an appointment to come and speak to someone.

The HUB
is a centre based, open access provision targeting young people aged 11 to 19 but can include up to age 25 with specified additional needs.
The provision offers a wide range of services including:
- Tier 2 sexual health service including information, advice and guidance, condom distribution, pregnancy testing and Chlamydia testing.
- Tier 2 Drug and Alcohol support
- Working with young people who are NEET
- Personal and Social development, including building self esteem and confidence.
- One to one and group settings with young people at risk of entering the youth justice system, young people who are pregnant or young parents.
- Support of young people homelessness, mental health problems and domestic violence.
Access to HUBs can be by self referral but if necessary through direct referral by professionals
HUBs are provided by the following organisations:
- Totton - Youth and Families Matter: Delivery from Totton Youth Centre, Testwood Lane, Totton, situated in the grounds of Testwood School on a Wednesday 4.30pm to 6.30pm. Contact: Kelly Price - kelly@youthandfamiliesmatter.org.uk
- Holbury - Parent Link: Delivery from Colors Youth Club, Long Lane, Holbury on a Thursday 6.30pm to 9pm. Contact: Sam Nash - slnash@btinternet.com
- Ringwood - Groundwork Solent: Delivery from tennis pavilion on Carvers sports ground, Ringwood on a Monday and Wednesday. Contact: Becky Spake - becky.spake@groundwork.org.uk
- Pennington/Lymington - Pennington Community Action Group: Delivery from The Pavilion, Pennington Recreation Ground, Lodge Road, Pennington on a Wednesday 7pm to 9.30pm. Contact: Martina Humber - martina.humber@btinternet.com
- New Milton - ABBOC Youth Cafe: Delivery from the Phoenix Children's Centre or Empire Skate Building, Alderson Pavilion, New Milton. Discussions ongoing regarding use of buildings - day, times and venue to be confirmed. Currently carrying out detached and consultation work with young people regarding service. - Fordingbridge - Provider to be confirmed: Delivery from the Avonway Community Centre, Shaftesbury Street, Fordingbridge, day and times to be confirmed.
The Accommodation Advice Service
will target young people aged 16 to 19 but can include up to age 25 with specified additional needs. The service will provide information and advice in relation to the process and provision of housing. It will undertake housing assessments and presentation to housing panels. It will provide ongoing support to young people in their accommodation and support young people and their families to prevent or delay a young person becoming homeless.Accommodation Advice Service provided by:
