Energy Workshop (26 June 2009)
Hampshire County Council and the Partnership for Urban South Hampshire (PUSH) commissioned Ove Arup to undertake an Energy Study that covered the whole of Hampshire. The study expanded and updated an earlier report done for PUSH on the same subject. The results of the study were shared and discussed at a workshop held in Fareham on the 26th June 2009. Documents from the workshop and the final report from Arup are available to download below:

Member and Chief Officer Workshop on Climate Change (4th March 2010)
To follow up the successful event in June, an event was held on the 4th March 2010 with senior officers and members from local authorities and key partnership organisations in Hampshire.
The event included an update on progress made since June on the carbon/energy agenda, new work on the adaptation/resilience agenda, what the collective approach is and what it will deliver and where we are headed next, including the Summit to be held on the 9th of December 2010.

Member and Chief Officer Workshop on Climate Change (20th September 2010)
Building on the outcomes of the March event, a Leader and Chief Executive Workshop was held on the 20th September 2010. This event was a key milestone in the Hampshire-wide Climate Change Vision and Strategy work programme in the lead up to the Summit on the 9th December 2010.
This event provided Leaders and Chief Executives with the opportunity to prioritise measures for collaborative work by the Partnership and to provide their input into the development of the 'Vision' which will frame the measures that the Partnership chooses to take forward.
The event was a success and received high level, Executive Member / Chief Officer involvement from all the local authorities across Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton and the wider public sector group.

Leader and Chief Executive Climate Change Summit (9th December 2010)
Building on the outcomes of the Leader and Chief Executive Workshop on 20th September 2010, the Summit was a key decision-making event that provided a clear direction of travel for the next steps of this work. The Partners unanimously signed up to the Hampshire-wide Partnership. This was an important milestone for the Partnership, and was the official launch of the Hampshire-wide Partnership and a clear commitment from its members to tackle climate change as a Partnership.
Partners also agreed on the delivery models that best suited their needs and on a mix of the three measures to be taken forward for business case development.
