Our Strategy and Actions

The foundations of the Partnership and its programme of action are based around added value and collaboration.

The rationale is to utilise the combined power of the Partnership to strengthen responses to climate change, realise economies of scale, and reap much bigger rewards.

The Strategy will provide a long-term framework for collaborative actions by the Partnership on climate change mitigation and adaptation which directly support the Vision adopted by the Partnership.

This work does not seek to undermine or supersede the extensive actions on climate change being delivered by individual members of the Partnership. The Strategy should support this work by providing a platform to deliver ambitious cross-cutting actions that allow partners to work at a much larger scale  than they otherwise would be able to.
