The Standards Committee advises the Authority on the adoption or revision of a Code Of Conduct for both members and officers. Also, among other things, it monitors the operation of the Authority's Code and establishes, if required, sub-committees to take such action as is necessary to assess, review, investigate, determine and approve appropriate sanctions in respect of any written allegations that a member has failed to comply with the Authority's Code of Conduct.
