Using the Meetings Information System Searches
There are different ways of searching on the Meetings Information System depending on what you are looking for. The Keyword Search and the Advanced Item Search help you find individual agenda items. The Meeting Search helps you find a particular meeting which encompasses all agenda items relevant to that meeting, and any other related documents such as minutes.
The keyword search will help you find individual agenda items, associated documents and any decision that was made.
Enter your chosen keywords and press search to return results containing any of those words. The search is not case sensitive. Results will be given from the last four and next twelve months.
For further options to narrow down the results, use the advanced search.

You may use as many or as few of the search options as you need. The System inserts default dates for your search which are the previous four months and the next twelve. These dates can be amended as required.
Each agenda item is tagged with data to help you find the items most interesting to you, whether that be about your local area, or a particular topic such as Leisure and Culture.
The meetings search can be used to find details about a whole meeting, rather than individual agenda items, so you can find out where and when a meeting is being held.
If you know the name of the committee or meeting then you can select it from the list, or leave it blank.
