Flying along the coast from the Beaulieu estuary to Lepe Country Park we can see the water level rise from Mean Low Water Spring tide to Mean High Water Spring tide, flooding the darkwater estuary.

This is what would occur now if the coast was no longer defended.

We now move 100 years in to the future to show how predicted sea level rise will increase the flood risk to areas along the coast. As you can see the foreshore facilities at Lepe are completely inundated.
