Barbecues and Picnics

There are 11 family hearths in the forest which can be hired for set periods 11am–1pm, 1pm–3pm, 3pm–5pm and 5pm–7pm at £5 per session. Each hearth caters for up to 12 people and comes with a picnic table. There are several group sites. There is a 10% discount for booking Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays.

If you are a Hampshire County Council organisation or school, and you wish to book a BBQ hearth, please contact the Park Centre who will be able to help with your booking. Apologies, there are VAT implications if you use the on-line booking process.

Dates for 2013 will be made available during January. For large BBQ's please note the following season will apply:

Cannonball/Coney Acres – 29 March to 13 October 2013
Benhams – 4 May to 30 September 2013
Juniper – January to December 2013
