BBQ hire cancellation and refund policy
No refunds are available due to cancellation or non-attendance (including due to poor weather).
If the Hirer wishes to cancel the BBQ the hire date can be changed - subject to availability. In this instance the Hirer must contact the country park concerned to re-schedule the hire date. You should not complete a refund request.
All other requests will be considered on an individual basis by the Park Manager – their decision is final. In order to consider a refund a Refund Request Form will need to be completed.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be made on the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. A £5 administration charge will be payable for all refunds.
