Located by the main car park, close to the main Visitor Centre.

The room is ideal for children's birthday parties (a service provided by QECP), school groups, meetings of a more informal nature and training sessions that may require a clear floor space.

The room is equipped with tables, chairs, projection screen and a small kitchen.

Available from 9am to 10pm daily.

Cost - £50 full day, £30 half day

Located in the Visitor Centre, the Theatre is a large room set out in a lecture hall style.

It is ideal for school trips, meetings, presentations and training sessions of a more formal nature.

Facilities include 6 rows of 7 chairs facing forward (more tables and chairs can be set up near the front), projector and large fixed screen. Available 9am to 5pm (until 4.30pm November to February) daily.

Located on the western side of the A3, (adjacent to the South Downs Way) at the base of Butser Hill, the events field is perfect for large public events, shows and weddings.

This year it is hosting 2 mini festivals and various specialist shows. QECP is very flexible as to the nature of the events, so please call 02392 595040 and speak to the Park Manager with your ideas.

Cost - Price on application. Available from 8am to 11.30pm daily. Camping is avaliable at £3 per head per night.

Located to the east of QECP Forest, near the village of Buriton, Head Down is an area that caters for clubs that require land with privacy for outdoor recreational activities, such as archery or motorbike trials.

QECP is very flexible as to the nature of these events, so please call 02392 595040 and speak to the Park Manager with your ideas.

Cost - Price on application. Available from 8am to 8pm daily.

Located close to the Visitor Centre these two small flat events fields are close to all the main facilities and suit family parties and club events. Facilities include 3 (The Meadow has 2) small bbq hearths each with a picnic table.

Cost - £120 each per day. Avaliable from 10am to midnight every day of the week.
