Meetings and Conferences
Staunton's meeting and conferences venues offer a unique and ideal setting, no matter how small or large your group. The venues on offer range from spacious and modern to more intimate and traditional, so no matter what your requirements, Staunton is sure to be able to fulfil your needs. Free car parking is provided along with free access to the Farm and Gardens.
Our specialist on-site caterers provide a set catering service which can accommodate any special dietary requirements.
This latest addition to Staunton's Meetings and Conferencing venues, is situated in the conference and functions wing, adjoining the courtyard of the Ornamental Farm.

Additional Stationary is not provided but can be arranged if booked in advance.

Room Rates (Non Hampshire County Council)
- Half Day £125 (block of four hours)
- Full Day £200 (block of eight hours)
- HCC Staff – Free
The Garrett Room is only available for bookings on Mondays and Fridays.
Unfortunately this room is not accessible for wheelchair users.
Please note this is a basic room, it will be set in a boardroom style unless another layout is requested at the time of booking.
Please provide your own laptop if you wish to use the projector. Flipchart and flipchart pens will be provided but additional stationary will need to be requested and charges may apply.
Please note that the leader of the meeting/course must meet their attendees at Reception and take them to the room which they have booked. Staunton staff will not be available to do this.
Important – Fire and Safety Information
In case of a fire please evacuate the building using the stair case, the lift is NOT to be used in an emergency.
