The County Supplies contract for MFDs and Document Solutions is designed specifically for the public sector, schools and academies, providing an extensive range of mono and colour machines, including MFDs (multi-functional devices), printers, digital duplicators and print room machines.

The contract offers the option to rent (operating lease) or purchase machines and a cost per copy charge covers all toner, servicing, parts, staples and preventative maintenance. In addition, County Supplies offers support through the ordering process and throughout the life of your machine, there are no hidden costs and the Terms and Conditions of the Contract are designed to protect you.
