The wide range of manufacturers providing domestic electrical items makes it impracticable for a contract to be put in place to cover all eventualities. You are therefore advised to consult the local telephone directory or Yellow Pages to find a suitable repair agent. For the security of both the County Council and yourself, you should ensure that the agent carries Public Liability Insurance cover to the minimum sum of £10,000,000 and ensure that appropriate Health and Safety systems are in place.
