Preferential prices and terms

For sharpeners that are less than two years old, send a complaint query form to Customer Services at County Supplies. Please list the details of the sharpener, its fault, when it was ordered and your order number. If the machine fails, it will be replaced.

For sharpeners that are over two years old and out of warranty, there is a repair facility available. Contact the engineer David Greenland on 07905 430136. It is likely that you will incur a charge for postage and repair as the sharpener is no longer covered by the Snopake warranty.
