About the MFD (multi-functional device) and Document Solutions Contract – HSY11171
This contract is designed specifically for the public sector and schools as it has no complicated financial leases to sign.
What the contract provides
The contract provides a machine for every need with a full range of mono and colour MFDs, printers, digital duplicators, print room machines with software and technical support. Under this contract our suppliers can offer a range of accounting and management software to maximise the use of assets and lower costs.
You have the option to either rent (operating lease) or purchase the machines. If you choose to purchase you take ownership of the machine. Rental means that the cost of the machine is spread over a period of 3,4 or 5 years. You are committed to the machine for this minimum period. Regardless of whether you purchase or rent you will be charged a cost per copy which covers all toner, servicing, parts, staples and preventative maintenance. This allows you to accurately budget how much each printed page will cost.
