Scheduled Weekly Deliveries

We have divided our delivery areas into five main geographical groups, and allocated to each a specific day of the working week for deliveries. Using this pattern of delivery groups, we provide all our customers with a regular delivery each week.

All you need to do is place your orders in time to be processed by the deadline date, which will be two working days before your normal delivery day; e.g. goods for a Thursday delivery need to be ordered by 5:00pm on Monday.

A revised schedule is used during busy periods.

Find your sequence number

To find your sequence number, look at the top right hand corner of your delivery note next to Seq No. The first number is the route and the second number is the sequence which will show you how far into the route you are. For example, 1/473.
