Important: HCC IT system shutdown during Easter
Hampshire County Council will shortly be carrying out essential end-of-financial-year maintenance to its IT systems. As a result, SAP will be unavailable from 5.00pm on Tuesday 31 March until 7.00am on Tuesday 7 April. During this period customers will be unable to place orders and there will be no scheduled deliveries from Thursday 2 April to Tuesday 7 April (inclusive).
To help minimise the impact of this unavoidable interruption to the County Supplies service we are asking customers to place orders for stock delivery well in advance of these dates to ensure delivery during the downtime.
The downtime coincides with the start of the Easter school holidays so we hope that this will minimise disruption to our education customers. Orders outstanding in the system will be held for delivery from week commencing 20 April depending on individual schools’ requirements.
