Contract arrangements are governed by an ever increasing range of legislative controls under both UK and EU law. In addition to this legislation, and in order to protect employees, the County Council has its own set of regulations known as Standing Orders. County Supplies keeps abreast of these requirements and seeks to ease the way for its customers who require sound contracting practice.

Our objective is ‘Best Value for Money’. To achieve this effectively the customer requires a sound specification which takes account of safety and law, plus a specialist knowledge of the service or commodity to assess the competitive quotes or tenders.

County Supplies has the necessary expertise to properly carry out tender exercises, identify the successful supplier and provide ongoing support and advice throughout the contract period. By passing these responsibilities to County Supplies the customer can also be sure that all legislation and Standing Orders will be met.
