- Contact your DofE Advisor to arrange a time to meet

- Volunteer and DofE Advisor meet
Volunteer to bring ID for verification and UK Passport to prove residency.
If you don’t have a UK passport please get in touch with the Hampshire DofE Office.
- CRB/DBS checks are carried out
If you have a Hampshire County Council Enhanced CRB/DBS disclosure dated within the last 3 years
Complete the following and meet with your local DofE Advisor:
Volunteer Registration Form.
Health Declaration Form.
DofE Advisor will need to see your original DBS Disclosure.
If you do not have a Hampshire County Council Enhanced CRB/DBS disclosure dated within the last 3 years
Contact the DofE Office to initiate online DBS check.
Meet with local DofE Advisor to get ID verified.
Complete the Registration, Health Declaration and online DBS form.
- Volunteer to complete and send in evidence and course applications
DofE e-induction letter/evidence.
Application for 'Intro to DofE course'.
Hampshire County Council Safeguarding Children evidence/course application.
- Completed DBS checks
Once DBS checks are complete, forms are processed by the Hampshire County Council DofE office.
DBS and medical clearance usually takes approx. 3 weeks, dependent on references being received.
Volunteer will receive confirmation welcome pack.
- Volunteer to attend courses
'Intro to DofE Course'.
Safeguarding course, if required.
