Sir Joseph Causton & Sons Ltd Roll of Honour, Eastleigh

The printing works in Brookwood Avenue was built in the 1930s and made labels for many household brands including Marmite and Guinness. During the Second World War they printed secret maps in a specially bricked off part of the building. The site was re-developed for housing in 2003. This Roll of Honour was donated to Eastleigh Museum at that time and commemorates workers who lost their lives in the Second World War.
