Applying for a place in Year 7 (secondary school) for September 2012

If your child attends Year 6 in a primary or junior school, you will need to make an application for admission to Year 7 in a secondary school. The closing date for applications was midnight on Monday 31 October 2011. The online application form has now closed.

If you wish to apply for a Year 7 place for September, an application form can be collected from a Hampshire school, or you may find it more convenient to print a copy (see below):

If you wish to apply for a Hampshire school, you should send the completed application form to the school.

If you wish to apply for a non-Hampshire school, you should send the completed application form to the Admissions Team.
