The closing date was 31 October 2015. All on-time applicants will be sent notification of the outcome of their application on 1 March 2016.

Parents who have not yet made an application for their child to start secondary school will need to submit a LATE application.

A form can also be obtained from any Hampshire school or the County Admissions Team on request.

Completed application forms can be returned to any Hampshire school or the County Admissions Team. Late applications received before 1 March 2016 will be considered on Tuesday 15 March 2016. Late applications received on or after 1 March will be considered from Wednesday 16 March 2016. Hampshire County Council's consultation on the amalgamation of Quilley and Crestwood schools.

As you may have seen in the recent press, a consultation is due to take place on 17 November 2016 to seek views on a proposed amalgamation of two Eastleigh secondary schools: Quilley School and Crestwood College. In light of this development, any parents who named Quilley as one of their preferences on their application form for a Year 7 place in September 2016 will be given an opportunity to amend their preference if they wish.

We will be writing to these parents directly within the coming week with further information. Any parents that have made an application for September 2016 and are concerned about the proposal can contact the County Council’s Admissions Team for advice either by emailing or calling 0300 555 1377
