Hampshire Admission Forum

The Hampshire Admission Forum considers a wide range of admissions issues and plays a major part in reviewing and advising on admission arrangements. Until September 2011, it was a statutory requirement for each local authority to have an Admission Forum which made recommendations to the Executive Member for Children's Services on Hampshire's admissions arrangements. The Executive Member for Children's Services is committed to continuing to have regard to the Forum's recommendations.

The Terms of Reference and Membership of the Forum were revised in October 2011 in preparation for the new non-statutory status of the group, from 01 February 2012.
