All Year R and Year 3 school place allocation letters will be posted first class on Friday 23rd January. Please allow 4 working days for postal delivery variations before contacting us if you have not received a letter telling you about the outcome of your application for a school place.
Please note all allocation letters will contain reply slips that should be completed and returned as follows;
·to accept the offered place complete the slip and return it directly to the school.
·to join the waiting list of your preferred school complete the slip and return it directly to the school. Note that places may become available from the school’s waiting list but this is not guaranteed. If you do place your child's name on a waiting list you will still need to accept a school offer to ensure your child has a school place.
·to appeal against the decision not to offer a place to your child, please return the slip to the Hampshire County Council School Admissions Service office at the address indicated in your letter. We will send to you guidance, information and documentation about the appeal process.
