Treatment

The DAAT are responsible for introducing the national drug strategy at a local level. One of the ways it carries out its' responsibilities is to commission specialist drug treatment services in conjunction with Primary Care Trusts (PCT's), Local Authorities and other partnerships. Key guidance on commissioning and treatment is provided by the National Treatment Agency (NTA) under Models of Care for Treatment of Adult Drug Users.

Hampshire DAAT Treatment Plans

The DAAT are required to produce treatment plans which are submitted under key headings to the NTA. The 2008-09 treatment plans consist of:
