Training for / with other services and organisations

We are very keen to develop training/Continuing Professional Development (CPD) partnerships with other agencies, departments and organisations through:

• Mutual visits to team meetings in order to share information and expertise
• Work shadowing where appropriate
• Delivery of joint training for schools and organisations
• Delivery of training to meet a service/organisation’s specific needs

Examples of training delivered to other services and organisations

• Diversity training workshops for a range of County Council departments
• Specialist input on cultural awareness and race equality for a range of organisations and groups
• Working with refugees and asylum seekers for  voluntary groups
• Working with bilingual adults for providers of family learning
