Please note that from the 16th April 2012 Hampshire now uses a paperless NQT Management system called NQT Manager. This allows schools to register NQT's and submit electronic assessments securely online.

NQTs are also expected to attend the comprehensive training programmes for primary and secondary NQTs; and their Induction Tutors are recommended to attend training.

Each NQT and Induction Tutor should download the relevant Hampshire Guidance on 'NQT Manager'. Go to Content, Resources.

ONLY USE THESE FORMS IF YOUR NQT WAS REGISTERED BEFORE APRIL 2012.

Only use these forms if your NQT is not on 'NQT Manager'. Paper forms will not be accepted and will be returned if your NQT is registered electronically on NQT Manager.  If your NQT is on NQT Manager the forms will now need to be completed online.

Every section, including all of the first page, must be completed, and the forms must be signed and dated.  No part of the form, other than the section for NQTs’ comments, should be completed by the NQT.  The forms should be returned to the NQT Co-ordinator at the address shown on the final page, to arrive one week before the end of terms 1 and 2 and two weeks before the end of term 3.
