Special Needs Allowance
From 1.9.2010 the old SEN levels 1 and 2 will be replaced by a single SEN range. The new SEN range starts at £2,001 and the maximum be set at £3,954. Schools and authorities should determine the spot values for individual posts, taking into account of local context and specified factors.SEN = Special Educational Needs
