Shortlisting

Interviews and other selection methods
Interviews are an important way of finding out more information about your candidates and assessing whether they meet the criteria for the job. They are not the only way to assess suitability, however. Class observations, group activities, written or aptitude tests, presentations and Occupational Personality Questionnaires will be useful, depending on the type of job.
More about other selection methods will be available soon.
Offering employment and pre-employment checks
