Remodelling and the National Agreement
Change Management Tools
At the time of the introduction of the National Agreement, schools were supported through the five-stage process of change management (mobilise, discover, deepen, develop, deliver), with the aid of a number of tools and techniques. This process and the change management tools remain valid today and schools are encouraged to use this model and the tools and techniques developed.
