Moving the School from Satisfactory to Good [GT118]
Who will benefit? Governors from schools with an Ofsted judgement of 'satisfactory' or 'requires improvement'.
What will you learn? If your school has been judged as 'satisfactory' or 'requires improvement' by Ofsted, it is critical that your governing body focuses on how you can move your school to 'good' before the next Ofsted inspection. You will learn to identify the features that make a 'good' school and explore strategies that you can use to improve your support and challenge and holding the school to account. This course will help you to identify your school's strengths and weaknesses and help you to establish a list of priorities in the areas that the GB needs to improve.
Attendance options? One evening session.
