Curriculum resources
A range of curriculum support publications have been produced by HIAS inspectors and advisers, many in partnership with leading practitioners in schools. These range from pedagogy guidance, individual subject guidance and teaching packs.
These publications are available for purchase. The primary and secondary catalogues of titles and prices are accessible from the HIAS Publications website.
HIAS produces 15 bi-annual curriculum newsletters. Some are primary or secondary specific, others cross-phase.

HIAS has an extensive range of curriculum websites, covering 16 main National Curriculum subjects, plus primary and secondary phase support, and specific provision such as special needs, behaviour, and gifted and talented. Advice is provided by HIAS inspectors and advisers, plus there are resources and guidance which can be downloaded or purchased.

HIAS provides four curriculum centres in the county:
Hampshire History Centre
County RE Centre
Mathematics Advisory Centre
Rights and Diversity Education Centre.
The centres offer subject-specific teaching packs, artefact loan collections, up-to-date reference libraries, curriculum advice, details of local and national contacts, and resources for sale. They are also an ideal venue for workshops, with key resources on hand.

HIAS offers 11 Moodle virtual learning environments (VLEs), which are interactive platforms for teachers. Advice and support is offered from HIAS inspectors and advisers. An ever increasing range of teaching resources and plans are available – many supplied by Hampshire teachers, so they are fully tried and tested.
