Celebrate!

Once you have been successfully validated, you will be invited to a celebratory award ceremony where your young people will be presented with their celebratory plaque and certificate to proudly display back in school. The morning offers a wonderful opportunity for your pupils to display photographs, pictures, paintings, etc, about their Healthy Schools work. They will also be invited to deliver a little speech, dance, drama or song about their experiences.

Hampshire validations take place in grand surroundings either in the Great Hall or the Guildhall, Winchester. We regularly invite VIPs such as the mayor, directors of Childrens' Services and south east regional Healthy Schools co-ordinators. Press photographs are taken and schools can order these as a momento of their experiance and achievement.

Unfortunately we are unable to print award ceremony photographs due to restrictions related to child protection. However, you can read here what our young people say about their Healthy Schools work:
