New Forest schools were joined by groups from Coda Music Centre, Forest Arts Centre and Forest Forge Theatre Company, and the day finished with all performers coming together to sing an African lullaby

The momentum was maintained in the New Forest with a magical day of African-influenced activities including performances of West African drums, Doumbeks (from Egypt), Udu (clay pot drums from Nigeria) and African xylophones and thumb pianos.
