The final Big Event drew its vision from Oceania and took place in Staunton Country Park. Original music and art of Oceania, including Australia, Hawaii and the South Seas, provided the inspiration for a rock spectacular: Didgeridoo artist Charlie McMahon and rock musicians came together in an eclectic fusion, with the audience further surprised by a dance flash-mob of community dancers.
Local schools and arts organisations offered a wide range of arts workshops, from eco sculpture to Hula hooping. The day was rounded off by worthy HMS Battle of the Bands 2012 winners FlashFires who battled the weather, showed their professionalism and were very much appreciated by their audience. Event coordinator Laura Doye said, "Despite the weather Staunton became a mini Glastonbury for the day!”
