At HTLC we are committed to identifying, growing and developing current and future leaders. Effective leadership at all levels is essential as we know that leadership is second only to classroom teaching in its impact on school improvement and positive outcomes for every child and young person.

We offer a wide range of leadership development activities for individuals, groups and educational settings. We believe in personalising leadership learning and we are able to draw on a variety of specialists, resources and strategies to support leaders in achieving their professional development goals.

We know real change comes from within, whether it is the person or the place. We know leadership development is about personal development and for that reason Hampshire's leadership qualities and behaviours are an essential part of all development activities. The most effective learning takes in the day-to-day workplace and value is added when an external catalyst is involved.
