Leadership succession projects

HTLC works with the National College to deliver a local solutions framework for leadership development. This includes core projects:

  • Future change makers programme
  • Leadership development centre programmes for senior and middle leaders
  • Aiming high; raising aspirations toolkit
  • Collaboration, communication and innovation - school projects
  • Research associates
  • Coaching

There are also workshops on a variety of themes for example:

  • Stategic thinking
  • Leading change
  • Vision, values and leading learning
  • Line management
  • Improving personal effectiveness
  • Applying for the leadership posts, including deputy headship and headship

Graduates from the initial programmes, such as future change makers and leadership development centre, have shared their success stories.
