Venue Hire and UK Overnight Accommodation Booking Services for HCC Staff

Conference Care and Hampshire County Council Working in Partnership

Conference Care is the central point of contact for the County Council’s external UK venue finding and overnight reservation management services. Requirements for meetings, conferences, training courses and functions at external venues, overnight accommodation, group accommodation and allocations in the UK are managed through a dedicated team at Conference Care. A venues booking service is required to ensure the County Council has legally compliant procurement arrangements in place. Internal venues should be used if at all possible, and where there is a requirement for voluntary sector/low-cost type venues please make this clear to Conference Care when you place a request.

A separate arrangement for overseas accommodation will continue to be managed by the County Council’s Travel Team. Please contact the Travel Team . for more information.
