Mountain biking

           

We regularly run Mountain biking courses (MIAS).  MIAS = Mountain Bike Instructors' Award Scheme

It is a very popular course and the April course is already full.

The first day usually takes place at QE country Park and then to vary the terrain the course moves to Farley Mount.

You need to be a competent cyclist and have your own bike.
