Below are many documents you may find useful before, during and after your visit to Stubbington Study Centre.

Booking and Administration Documents

Schools PowerPoint - useful to show during parent meetings
Booking form
Medical form - to be completed for each child and handed to the Welfare Assistant upon arrival
Nominal Roll form 13kb - to be given to Administration officer on arrvial
Information for parents 17kb - pro forma letter that could be used pre-visit
Souvenir Order form 2011-2012 to be distributed to parents pre-visit and given to a member of staff on arrival, along with payment. Centre staff will deal with sorting orders
Dietary Requirement form - to be completed and returned two weeks before visit
