Accommodation

Sleeping accommodation at Stubbington is in the style of dormitories. The Drey and Warren dormitories house the girls and, the Sett and Earth dormitories house the boys. Each of the dormitories has a linked, but closed off, room for a member of staff to sleep in and be available for children at night.
Our dormitories offer safe and secure accommodation for visiting children. Each dormitory can hold 26 children, on a mixture of bunk beds with one or two single beds. The centre provides all the bed linen children need to have a comfortable stay. Each bed has an adjoining wardrobe and bedside table to allow children to store their belongings.

Each dormitory also has access to toilets and washing facilities. We provide the children with both group showers and individual showers, which they have the choice of at their own discretion. Showers are fully supervised by centre staff to ensure the children’s safety.
Remaining staff, not sleeping in the dormitories, will be given a room in The Lodge. Each room provides a bed, with shower, toilet and sink facilities.
