Our new Office 365 email service has replaced the old OWL email service.
However, the HWI accounts used by the OWL service will remain because they are used by other services such as the IBC Portal. For any new users requiring access to the IBC Portal a new HWI account will need to be created by the school OWL/HWI system administrator (see details below). HWI accounts are not required for staff using only ESS Lite. The HWI accounts take the format of DfE number plus user initials, e.g. 9000jd. Once the HWI account has been created, access to the IBC Portal can be requested via this page: Children's Services Intranet page.
