What we do
We provide recruitment support to Hampshire County Council’s 526 Schools/Colleges, 12 Children’s Centres and 20 External Customers. As part of Education Personnel Services, we assist Schools and Children’s Centres achieve their recruitment requirements. This includes support for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT), Graduate Teacher Programme Trainees (GTP), Supply Teachers and Support Staff.
Education Jobs is the main recruitment hub for education opportunities in Hampshire and the surrounding areas, replacing Teach Hampshire. We promote Teaching, Leadership and Support vacancies in Schools, Children’s Centres and Local Authority Offices.

Headteacher Recruitment News
From 8 February 2012, the NPQH is no longer a statutory requirement. Governing Bodies who commenced their advertising processes prior to the withdrawal of the legislation have been asked to determine if NPQH is an essential or desirable requirement for their specific Headteacher vacancy. In this interim period, candidates without NPQH may wish to seek clarification from Education Recruitment Solutions if they are unclear as to whether the Governing Body do still require the qualification for their vacancy.
