Hampshire Teaching and Leadership College (HTLC)

HTLC provides a comprehensive Directory of Training publicising relevant courses and development opportunities for staff in schools. Places are made available to individual supply teachers at a preferential rate if courses are not oversubscribed. School based development

Some teachers will be asked to undertake a development programme as part of their registration process. This may involve spending time in schools on a voluntary basis working alongside or shadowing teachers in order to become more familiar with current teaching strategies and techniques or the national curriculum. Education Personnel will facilitate your access into schools for this purpose.
