We work with the other public sector services and voluntary sector organisations both in Hampshire and nationally to share learning and promote good practice on all issues of equality and diversity.

Diversity Networks Project

Hosted by Community Action Hampshire (CAH) and working in partnership with Winchester Area Community Action, this network gives us further insight into the needs of diverse communities and provide an opportunity for people from groups which are often overlooked to be able to voice their concerns and challenge unfair or discriminatory practice.

• The main aims of the project is to develop the Hampshire Independent Equality Forum.

Equality and Diversity Training

We deliver a range of equality and diversity courses for staff and partners.

Impacts on Diverse Groups

A quick guide to the different ways in which services and actions may impact on different groups and individuals. Staff and partners may use this as a starting point when assessing the services they provide.
