Writing for Wellness at Waterlooville Library

  • Write your way to a more positive outlook on life! Identify the benefits of keeping a journal or diary. Practice mindful writing: descriptive. Learn some Free Writing Exercises. Writing to describe how you feel right now without judgement.

    No previous writing experience needed, all writing levels welcome. You never have to read aloud anything you have written.

    You will need to bring:

    Pens, Pencils, Note book.

    This course could lead to:

    Creative Writing, Bullet Journaling, Calligraphy, Pen and Ink Illustrations Workshop,
    Fantastic Paper, Handmade Books and Journals.

    Wednesday 6 February, 10am to 3pm. Booking is essential, so contact the library, call the booking line on 023 9225 2608 or visit www.hants.gov.uk/shop to guarantee a place.

    Attendance is expected at each session to ensure that you get the most out of your learning experience and to minimise disruption for other learners. Please advise the venue/tutor of any absence you may have.
