Registering your property

The Film Hampshire office receives a wide variety of enquiries for filming and we are always happy to add new venues to our location library.

The service that we offer is free and we do not charge either the production company or the location owner any fees.  If we receive any relevant enquiries for your property we will contact you to see if you would be interested, there is no obligation to accept the filming and no charges from us, we will simply put you in touch with the Location Manager and leave you to negotiate your fees and terms but we can give advice here.

The fees paid for filming vary depending upon the type of filming that is taking place and the size of crew, they can be around £500 a day for a photo shoot and around £2000 a day for a film shoot at the property.

If you would like your venue to be included in the location library simply e-mail over at least 8 images of the property (external and internal) along with the following information to info@filmhampshire.org.uk

• Contact details (name, address, telephone, e-mail)

• Website address (if applicable)

• Number of rooms available and size of rooms

• Parking availability and access

• Any restrictions that apply

• Any other points of interest about the property that you would like to be included in the entry
