Column (4)

shows the change in budget requirement from 2008/09, the Hampshire County Council's 2.3% is adjusted for function and funding changes, the unadjusted increase would be 2.2%

Column (5)

shows the total council tax for each area of Hampshire. The billing authority's tax includes the average figure for parishes plus the Police Authority's council tax of £142.11, the Fire and Rescue Authority's council tax of £60.30, and for the districts, the Hampshire County Council's tax of £1,018.17.

shows the percentage change in the total council tax compared with 2008/09.
