Council tax bills

District councils in Hampshire are responsible for council tax billing and collection. The council tax you pay is split between your district council and the precepting authorities in Hampshire. The precepting authorities are Hampshire County Council, Hampshire Police Authority and Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority
