Your council tax in 2004/05
Each tier of councils in Hampshire sets its own council tax. You will find on your bill council taxes set by Hampshire County Council, Hampshire Police Authority, Hampshire Fire and Rescue, your local District Council and your Parish Council if you are in a parish. This website only deals with the council tax set by Hampshire County Council.
The council tax is collected by your District Council and you should approach them if you have any queries about paying the bill. They can also advise on whether you are entitled to single person's and empty home's discounts, and about council tax benefit.
