Customer surveys and results

Periodically we write to members of the public who have recently used our service and ask for feedback. We monitor responses to check on satisfaction levels and consider whether there are any changes we can make to improve our service.

The last FAB Team survey was Summer 2009 when we asked a random selection of 1,000 service users to respond to a questionnaire about our service. A total of 311 responses were received.

From time to time 10% of service users who have received a new financial assessment for residential care are asked to respond to our Residential Assessments Team survey of which approximately 40% have replied.
